 One example of the requests that are failing, when trying to look inside
 this book:

 Industry/dp/B008HABLS0/

 Is that requests like this one:

 Are returning 403 forbidden errors.

 For me, looking at two different books still seems to hit that same domain
 on cloudfront.  If others can confirm the same thing, we could just
 exclude all of d1b14unh5d6w7g.cloudfront.net
