Comment(by proper):

 Some people tunnel proxies or VPNs through Tor. (user -> Tor -> VPN)
 Check.tpo or the new replacement will say: "not connected through Tor".

 If you implement this, please don't make it a show stopper. People should
 be allowed to use Tor Browser even if Tor could not be detected. Some
 about:config variable to override a block would suffice.
