 Well, that sure does look promising.

 It makes sense that setting FetchDirInfoEarly tickled the bug more, since
 it switches to direct dirport fetches rather than tunneled ORPort fetches.

 You still have a few percent of relays who don't bootstrap for a while.
 Another smaller bug, or what?

 I wonder what the one socks failure was. :) I guess it could have simply
 been a normal 120 second timeout.

 Does that mean it's time to try the actual #6341 experiment again?
