 Yes, with 0.2.3.20, and default maxclientcircuitspending, there are:
 - Low circuit success rate
 - circuit_send_next_onion_skin(): Bug: Unexpectedly high circuit_successes

 With maint-0.2.3 4bd90e20b92fbe2b93fc53e24254f00e663d057e there is:
 - None of this so far :)

 I'm doing 1 fetch per onion, with 25 onions open at once, till queued
 input onion list exhausts. Doubled up. So about 50. This uses 80-90% of my
 CPU for tor, I'll scale up later. I'm unqualified to comment on any of the
 above work/plans. Sorry about the reply lag.
