Comment:

 It doesn't work for me either, re-opening ticket. I'm the operator of TOR
 relays "vks24784" and "vks24949" and while http://torstatus.all.de/ and
 https://metrics.torproject.org/ show the relays,
 https://atlas.torproject.org/ does not. I can see other randomly selected
 relays though without problem (but my own). Even the direct onionoo links
 at https://onionoo.torproject.org/details?search=vks24784 respectively
 https://onionoo.torproject.org/details?search=vks24949 work.
