 For testing purposes it is important that we are able to perform some
 measurements using the Tor network.

 A good implementation of such can be found in tor2web:
 https://github.com/globaleaks/Tor2web-3.0/blob/master/socksclient.py

 It would be especially good to have a simple API for interacting with such
 SOCKS client inside of the HTTP Test Template.
 The API should be doTorRequest().
