 Generating PNGs on highest resolution (here: 300 dpi) and having the
 browser scale it down to the defined width and height (results in 72 dpi
 here) wastes bandwidth for no benefit for 99% of users.  I'd rather not
 want to do that if we can find a better solution.

 Resolution shouldn't matter for PDF and SVG, because they're vector
 graphics.  Can you try out these three URLs to test if there are any
 differences when trying to put them in a report for printing?  In theory,
 the first URL should work just fine.
