 Ahh, foolishly, I failed to merge the patch for this in the 3.0.1 release
 that just went out:

 It should be fixed in the 4.0development.1 release which is available now,
 or in 3.0.2, which might be a few weeks away.  If you want to keep using
 the stable releases, just disable the ruleset for LibriVox using the HTTPS
 Everywhere toolbar button.
