 Multiple log messages in `entry_guard_inc_first_hop_count` identify entry
 guards using the format “''nickname''`=`''fingerprint''”.  They should use
 either the format “''nickname''` ($`''fingerprint''`)`” or the same format
 as the control-port protocol uses.
