 For the most part I just don't believe your screenshots are of an HTTPS
 Everywhere bug.  They're screenshots of Pandora being blocked because
 you're in Belgium.  I'm willing to hear evidence that those two things are
 connected in some way (eg, while still in Belgium you disable HTTPS
 Everywhere completely and Pandora works again, or you're not actually in
 Belgium at all), but those would be surprising.
