Comment:

 Reproduced.  tunein seems to use the domain d1i6vahw24eb07.cloudfront.net.
 It isn't obvious why things are failing, though; unlike the recent Amazon
 Look Inside the Book / Cloudfront bug, there isn't a blatant difference in
 the way that cloudfront is responding here.
