 Mozilla is currently planning next year's staffing/resource levels for
 Shumway, an R&D project. Seems quite likely that Mozilla's development
 path will support some but not all of Tor's needs, but resource allocation
 might upgrade that to potentially all of Tor's needs.

 Trying to get Jet (Mozilla's PM for Shumway) to meet with any of Mike,
 Andrew, Roger, trams.
