 Can you also plot total advertised bandwidth with the same x-axis?  A
 rough eyeing of the top figure suggests that the ~2100 relays with
 bandwidths below 1 MB/s contribute a total of ~500 MB/s, but it seems to
 me that that should produce more than a negligible change in probability
 distribution.
