 Doh. Clock-drift fingerprinting probably makes timestamps a bad thing to
 include.. unless they're on the resolution of "Here's the timestamp from
 my current consenus, +/- 2hrs" or we implement dir mirror timesources or
 something..

 ~4 hrs might also be a very long time to keep track of CREATE2 hashes
 too.. unless we only store shortest unique suffixes, and only when our
 onionskin queue is full, or something?
