Comment:

 I tried tor-browser-2.2.39-5 which is said to be the newest one, but it
 still has exactly the same problem.
 I have found out something: I used to connect to internet using exactly
 the same tor, in another place, which has a different internet provider.
 Dose it mean that my ISP is blocking tor for me? What should I do then?
 However right now it is not working even in that place.
