#7518: Visited non-https links do not become purple when HTTPS Everywhere
redirects

If you visit a non-https link, such as `<a
href="http://www.eff.org">Link</a>`, it will not turn purple (visited css
style) because HTTPS Everywhere redirects to https://www.eff.org.

What is excepted is the same behavior as with `<a
href="https://www.eff.org">Link</a>`, that is, the link is purple.

Is this possible to fix? In Firefox's history, all I can see is
www.eff.org with https, which is good, but I guess that's why the non-
https links do not change color.
