 I've been bouncing around tutorial ideas for...

 ... and the next that I'd like to go with is something I've been fondly
 titling "To Russia With Love". The task that it aims to complete is to
 write a script that starts a tor instance and fetches, say, Google's front
 page through Russia. This would walk the reader through a couple things:

 1. Starting tor via the
 [https://stem.readthedocs.org/en/latest/api/process.html stem.process
 module].

 2. Using the tor instance as a client (we'll likely need to add some
 methods to make this nicer!).
