 OONI, OONIProbe, ooniprobe, ooni-probe, what is the name?

 I propose the following (capitalization matters):

 ooniprobe: for the name of the tool that will be run by users

 oonib: for the name of the collector and test helper component

 ooni: for the name of the project (the open observatory of network
 interference)

 Agreee, disagree?
