 its work correct https://yandex.ru/yandsearch?text=HTTPS+Everywhere
 also have "bar" as google/etc with mail/news/pics/video/blogs/etc
 and https everywhere try force SSL for other projects

 https://blogs.yandex.ru/search.xml?ft=blog&text=HTTPS+Everywhere == error
