Comment:

 This was reimplemented [https://gitweb.torproject.org/ooni-
 probe.git/blob/efc1206e8a099e699996c3a45742d4f7500a714f:/ooni/utils/onion.py#l144
 here], though the bridge tests are currently blocking on incompatibility
 with OONI's API change.
