 I think a good first step is to decide whether we want the default Tor
 browser to be distinguishable from normal browsers or not.

 I'm not smart enough to decide which behavior is better, but whichever one
 we choose, there should also be an option to enable the other behavior.

 So for example, if we decide that the Tor browser should be camouflaged by
 default, we should strip the torbutton onion and maybe even change the
 name of the browser (from Tor browser), BUT we should also add a custom
 Firefox persona that can be enabled by users who prefer the other behavior
 (and document how it can be enabled).

 I don't think that lots of engineering effort should be invested here but
 there are many people who have been bitten by how TBB looks like vanilla
 Firefox, and the fix is pretty easy. We can even use one of the ready-made
 Tor personas:
