Comment(by nickm):

 Looks like you're running with bufferevents enabled.  (Otherwise I don't
 see how marked_for_close==3080,
 marked_for_close_file="src/or/connection.c" is possible.)  Does this still
 happen if you run with a copy of Tor built without that option?
