 In the 0.2.3 series of browser bundles, the Network Map window displays
 all relay bandwidths in KB/s. Example:

 chaoscomputerclub19 (Online)
 Location: Germany
 IP Address: 31.172.30.2
 Platform:

 Bandwidth: 331.05 KB/s
 Uptime: 15645 days 3 hours 35 mins 53 secs
 Last Updated: GMT

 I've seen this with TBB 0.2.3.23 and 0.2.3.24 for Linux x86_64.
