 Just like TorButton, TorBirdy needs a settings dialog, where users can add
 custom proxy settings.

 Use case:
  * Tor proxy server inside LAN
  * Transparent Proxy (such as TorBOX)
  * isolated machine can only access one other machine, where Tor is
 running

 Perhaps also for other settings?
