 Yeah, here is fine for comments. The Torbutton design document needs to be
 retired. Anything it says that we still want to keep we should make a note
 to add to the Tor Browser document.

 Also, note to self: As the QA testing pages, sandboxes, and procedures
 solidify, we should record them in the Testing section of the Tor Browser
 doc.
