 related idea:

 "Hey folks, I had a suggestion.  There is a feature currently that enables
 or disables auto-start of orbot.  I would like to let orbot start
 automatically, but at the same time I don't want to use up my data plan.
 It would be really cool if orbot worked like csipsimple, that is, enabling
 TOR when connected to wifi and disableing TOR when WIFI has been
 disconnected.  Just some thoughts.
