 ^^^ = "Vidalia was unable to start the configured web browser" for TBB
 v.2.2.35-9 on (installed) Windows 7 64 bit. However, when tbb-firefox.exe
 is allowed to run as Administrator, the bookmark and SSL cert info pop-ups
 are still not visually correct, even though the minimize, maximize, and
 close buttons are visible.
