 In regards to the Tor Bundle:

 The new version of tor ~april 30th brought back another bug (black area
 where the minimize/max/close buttons are on windows 7 64.)

 The work around is to run the browser as a "windows Xp Sp3" application.
 Unfortunately, if I do that it greys out the "New Identity" menu selection
 in the onion button.
