Comment:

 Oops.  Right, this was a problem with parsing descriptors.  The database
 didn't contain server descriptors from March 22 and 23, so it couldn't
 aggregate statistics on versions, platforms, and advertised bandwidth.
 This is now fixed and the graphs look normal again.  Thanks for reporting
 this problem!  Closing.
