 I used administrator account to install vidalia bundle in Windows 7
 Professional. The installer installed the geoip db to my Local folder
 instead of Roaming, and the Tor couldn't find geoip db. This problem
 occurs even in vidalia-bundle-0.2.3.12-alpha-0.2.17.
