 We have a design sketch in #5011 that has been reviewed and approved by
 everyone.  We wrote a
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/torspec.git/blob/HEAD:/proposals/197
 -postmessage-ipc.txt proposal] that seeks to create a means for inter-
 controller communication using the Tor Control Port and another
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/torspec.git/blob/HEAD:/proposals/199
 -bridgefinder-integration.txt proposal] that describes how the Tor client
 software can interact with an external program that performs bridge
 discovery.
