Comment:

 A fix for this is in my branch chiiph/bug5338_tray (in the vidalia side)
 to provide a way to show a message in the app's tray icon and not a new
 one. It has been merged in alpha and it will be out with 0.3.2.
 The tbb plugin has been updated too to use this new tray icon feature.
