Comment:

 I've got a (not spec-conformant!) extended ORPort implementation.  It
 implements the parts of the extended ORPort feature set that we knew we
 would need in proposal 180.  It doesn't have a transportControlPort yet.
 It needs documentation!

 It lives in branch "ext_orport" in my public repository.
