 wanoskarnet has a patch to avoid OpenSSL's nasty habit of adding the
 SSL3_CK_SCSV ciphersuite to the end of the cipherlist to indicate safe
 renegotiation support.

 This is an anti-fingerprinting measure. It's not currently detected by
 censors, but it might become so.

 I'm attaching the latest version of this patch here.
