 When supplying a Polipo executable path with arguments to be launched by
 Vidalia, Vidalia fails to launch Polipo.

 The same parameters supplied to 0.2.17 have been supplied to 0.3.1.
 The parameters work in 0.2.17 of Vidalia.

 I appreciate it is alpha code. Could it be intended behaviour ?
