Comment:

 The Decentralized Observatory should not be a privacy threat to Tor bundle
 users, although it may wind up being removed from the Browser bundle
 anyway.  The design document and privacy analysis is here:

 The bug discussing possibly disabling the popup in the bundle is #5300.
