Comment:

 While I can update the Orbot html page, I do not have access to managing
 the posted APK files. Using the "latest" trick, has removed the need to
 update the website every time.

 Your proposal means we just need to update some sort of redirect script I
 guess. What would be the best way to implement a script on the mostly
 static Torproject.org site?
