 Oho!  That looks a lot like a bug that's fixed in the patches-2.0 branch
 in the Libevent repository.  If you can check it out easily and confirm,
 that would be great.  Let me know if you need a .tar.gz file or something.
 Otherwise, the likely fix will appear in Libevent 2.0.18-stable.
