 Good question. I don't see the rest of the artists getting credit on the
 tor front page, so I guess we shouldn't put it there.

 I'd go with an HTML comment, and a reference in the 'Volunteers'
 (https://www.torproject.org/about/volunteers.html.en) page. Also, a
 reference in the LICENSE file of obfsproxy if we end up shipping the logo
 in the codebase.

 In any case, I'll send an email to my friend and ask him if he has any
 specific requests.

 replacing check (I've always been puzzled why someone put it there when
 it's such a bare bones service and seen by every TBB user already anyway).

 I like the shaded one too. I might be able to submit a patch soon. I'll
 update the ticket.
