 For clarification, it needs credit as an html comment (ie, <!-- --> block)
 or it needs visible text on the tor front page?

 Is the plan to drop a project to make room for obfsproxy, or add another
 project so there's ten on the front page? Personally I'd be in favor of
 replacing check (I've always been puzzled why someone put it there when
 it's such a bare bones service and seen by every TBB user already anyway).
