Comment(by chiiph):

 May be we could use a batch script that does something like: "sleep 5s &&
 rm -rf /path/to/TBB" (in batch words). I'm not sure if we can say "cmd.exe
 'batch script here'"

 I'll investigate a bit and comment back.
