 On Windows 7 64bit, the "tor-browser-2.3.12-alpha-1_en-US" works fine so
 far just the network map is not working.

 - The list of the relays is empty (just white space)
 - The input field (looks like a search) has no function in case all relays
 are hidden by default
 - The connections are not marked on the map. (Connections and their status
 are shown)
 - There's no details about the connection(s). (e.g. systems, IP, uptime,
 those are all missing)

 BTW: There's no Vidalia 0.3.1 to select in the list.
