 aagbsn and I came up with something that'll work here, I think. We'll get
 rid of the tor-check repo, make a new check repo with clean history, and
 start working there. aagbsn will maintain that repo. We'll rip out the
 check and bulklist part from torbel, and I'll keep maintaining torbel.
