 If it's fixed and the fix has been pushed live, close as fixed. If the fix
 hasn't been pushed live but there's a plan for it to, close as fixed and
 note in your comment when the fix will go live.

 "needs code/patch revision" means there's a git branch listed here and
 somebody pointed out problems with it and is waiting for the person who
 posted it to revise the git branch and then add a comment saying they did.
