 Onionoo and Atlas should go on the volunteer page.  Do you mind adding
 them?

 Maybe we can add a generic "Develop Onionoo applications" project?  With
 regard to GSoC, I'm happy to be a backup mentor and help with any
 questions concerning the Onionoo protocol, including extending it if
 necessary.  But I think we'll need a primary mentor before turning any
 Onionoo application into a GSoC project idea.

 The linked TorStatus instance runs a more recent version.  I think it's
 fine to link to that one.
