 Yes of course I launch it manually, how else are you suppose to start it
 in Linux?

 I run OpenBox and I start it with a command in the menu like this;

 ~/.tor-browser_en-US-2.2.35-7/start-tor-browser

 By the way I have not seen this problem since the last few versions of the
 browser bundle...

 I assumed this was fixed, because I'm not having problems with it
 anymore...
