 Oh! You are right!

 https://www.torproject.org/dist/vidalia-bundles/ does indeed show that
 there's a newer one. Though that one is outdated too, I should note.

 Is there a changelog for this bundle that lets us know what changed? Or
 whether it was supposed to change? Hm.
