Comment:

 The steps mentioned in the previous comment are now done: metrics-lib now
 parses Torperf data in the new .tpf format and GetTor data which are also
 on the data page now.  metrics-web relies on metrics-lib for parsing all
 descriptor types.  That concludes this ticket.  Closing as implemented.
