 I know I'm new, but I filed
 [https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=762875 Bugzilla(Firefox)]
 and I just yesterday did a git clone, and of course I couldn't find any
 mayor optimalizations anymore :). Found one minor one (you can drop the
 collection by id in HTTPSRules.js if you change it in applicable list to
 use the name instead of the id and then you can drop on every ruleset
 which is only a minor reduction.

 Anyway thanks very much for the upgrade!
