 Currently we point gettor and bridges to @torproject email addresses. The
 central mail hub is getting busy and adding in greylisting delays
 everything twice (once for torproject mail hub, again for
 subdomain.torproject.org mail server).

 update the website docs such that gettor users are pointed at
 @gettor.torproject.org.

 update the website docs such that bridge seekers are pointed to
 @bridges.torproject.org
